As a household name and one of Australia’s premium diamond retailers, Solid Gold Diamonds had identified that their audience had shifted online and that they had to sharpen their online sparkle. With a core commitment to educating their customers on the diamond buying process and true quality, the owners were apprehensive about how online marketing would allow them to still have that personal touch.

The Brief:

The company went through a rebrand in 2012 and moved premises into a stunning showroom in Hay Street Perth. Be Media was engaged to begin to capture previously untapped online opportunities and to created personalised and engaging (pardon the pun) digital campaigns.

Our Solution:

Through the development of a strategy that encompassed a vast array of digital mediums we have been  able to drive a consistent increase in qualified leads and in store traffic and sales. We also built a strong digital strategy and campaign to support the launch of their Adelaide Central Plaza store in late 2014.
