The Client:

The John Hughes Group is the largest single location new and pre-owned motor vehicle retailing Company in Australia. Founded in 1969 they have sold and serviced over one million vehicles in Perth and have franchises for eight new car brands including Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Ford, Kia. MG, LDV and Jeep. They also sell pre-owned vehicles and have servicing, parts, finance and insurance departments. The Group employs over 500 staff and sells in excess of 15,000 vehicles every year.

Our Solution:

As  John Hughes Group were undergoing a website redevelopment,  Be Media were bought on to advise on SEO strategy throughout the website build and  migration. We analysed and benchmarked the existing site and the demo site  identifying issues and finding opportunities to maintain SEO rankings, traffic and conversions. Following the new site go live the John Hughes Group retained Be Media to manage SEO,  working with the internal marketing team to deliver technical SEO and content strategies, Conversion Rate Optimisation advice and support for the team in order to improve Google rankings, website traffic and on-site conversions.
