How To Add People to Your Google Ads Account:

If you need help in managing your Google Ads account, you first have to grant access to it.

There are two ways you can give access to your Google Ads account. One is by adding them as a user, and two is by approving their access request.

Let’s go over each option below.

How to Add a User to Your Google Ads Account

  1. Log in to your Google Ads account.
  2. From the upper right corner of your account’s dashboard, click on the wrench icon and then click Account Access under Setup.

How to Approve an Access Request

In case someone requests access to your Google Account, you will receive the following email from Google:

Clicking on the Accept Request button will take you to the Managers tab from the Account Access page of your Google Ads account.

Understanding Access Levels

Whenever you give access to your Google Ads account, you can choose which features a user can change by assigning them an access level.

The chart below provides the details on the levels of access that you can assign with their corresponding features.

Tip: You can change which users can perform tasks, such as changing payment methods, making payments, and receiving invoices, by adding or removing them from your Google payments profile. You can find this under the Google Payments Center.
